Get Low! Get Low! Get Low!

When people come out to play bubble soccer it’s often there first time in a giant plastic bubble, so weird right, and they’re looking for a way to get an edge in their game and WIN! Well here’s our list of Top 5 ways to get an edge on the competition and be a bubble soccer star:

  1. Keep Your Head on a Swivel! So often we see players stare straight at the ball and run straight towards it. This is the chance your friend has been looking for to cream you and they’re going to take it. Keep an eye on the other team’s bubbles, and even your own teams, since anyone can take you out.

  2. Get Low! Lil’ John didn’t know it but he was ahead of his time when it comes to bubble soccer. When you’re standing straight up it’s easy to run at top speed but it’s hard to stay on your feet when someone hits you. This will give you a big advantage over your opponents.

  3. Think With Your Stomach! Turtles know what’s up when it comes to getting up. If you get knocked over it’s really hard to get back up from off your back, but if you roll over to your stomach it’s much easier to get your feet underneath you and get back on your feet. This is key to a good bubble soccer player!

  4. Look for Your Team! It’s really hard to dodge a bubble coming out you and it’s even harder to dodge the entire other team on your way to the goal. It’s much easier for a teammate to slip behind the other team for an easy goal. Always look for a pass when you’re trapped by the other team and if you don’t see anyone just kicked the ball towards their goal can sometimes find an open teammate. Team play separates the amazing from the good.

  5. Finish Strong! Bubble Soccer can be tougher than it looks, there’s a lot more getting up off the ground than you might realize. Towards the end of the game a lot of people in the game will be running out of steam so that’s your chance to score a last minute goal. Save a little energy for the end so you can get the game winner!
